As a Senior Manager/Manager his/her responsibilities will be: 1) Financial planning, financial reporting, profitability analysis, MIS reports, budgets and forecasting; Cost Benefit analysis, cost control and monitoring. 2) Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all financial transactions of the company from payables, financial audit to meeting all compliance including preparing tax schedules, and returns. Qualifications & Expertise: 1) 7-9 plus years of managerial accounting and financial management experience 2) Experience of working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred 3) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a must. CA (Chartered Accountant) OR MBA-Finance preferred.

The one who has a MSME research background on Government schemes and also knows the process of Implementation are a good fit for this profile. You will primarily work on data compilation of GOV MSME schemes. Creating Learner centric designs promoting self-learning, conceptualize and execute learning content for micro and village-based entrepreneurs.Work with multiple teams (Product Management, Operations, partnership, communication, and Training Development) to develop and maintain training content.Ensuring Creation of content for the project including identification of schemes, evaluating entrepreneur needs, creating project proposals along with different teams.Our requirement is : 2 or more years of experience developing training materials, eLearning modules for adult learners.Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel), photoshop and video editing software.
We are looking for a Capacity Building Specialist to be a part of the Training and Development vertical.The functional domain is not specific to any particular State, but the position requires to build effective and innovative training programs directed towards capacity building of the teams inclusive of our Haqdarshaks on ground!
