Aniket Doegar
Co-founder & CEO
Aniket Doegar is the co-founder and CEO at Haqdarshak. Aniket has over 8 years of experience in the development sector. He was a Teach For India fellow, and has worked with the Gyan Prakash Foundation and Indus Action. He is also an Acumen India Fellow 2018. Aniket is an alumnus of SRCC, Delhi.
Asha Krishnan
Co-founder and Chief Program Officer
Asha Krishnan is the co-founder and Chief Program Officer at Haqdarshak. Asha has over 25 years of experience in the technology field. In the past, she has worked with UIDAI—which implemented the Aadhaar project—and Patni Computers. She is an alumnus of SPCE, Mumbai.
P R Ganapathy
Co-founder and Chairman of the Board
PR Ganapathy, is the co-founder of Haqdarshak. He has an experience of 25 years and is currently the president of Villgro, one of India’s oldest and most respected social enterprise incubators. He is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad.
Ashwin Gayatri
Chief Technology Officer
Ashwin has extensive experience in the technology and public policy sector. He has worked for the Government of Maharashtra as a Principal Consultant and Head, State e-Mission Team for slightly over a year. Prior to that he was working with Patni (now Capgemini) for over 23 years. He is an electrical engineering graduate from IIT, Bombay.
Madhura Karnik
Chief Growth Officer
Madhura has worked as a business journalist for over 4 years in Indian and foreign media where she covered the Indian economy and corporates. Prior to journalism, she worked as a financial analyst with Crisil, working with S&P researchers in the structured finance team. She has completed her MA in Business Journalism from the City University of New York and MMS, Finance from Mumbai University.
Deepthaa K
Senior Manager, Training and Research
Deepthaa has varied experience as Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the civic & social organization industry. She has also quite an experience working on AutoCAD, Sustainable Development, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Energy Efficiency, and Management. Has strong program and project management skills with a Master's degree focused in Renewable Energy from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau.
Hanuman Garg
Senior Manager, Operations (North)
Hanuman is a development professional with an MBA in Marketing and Finance with 6 years of experience in managing projects around social welfare areas like water, health, schemes, vocational training, with an area development approach. In the past Hanuman has worked with Project Asha and Piramal foundation, among others.
Sharmil Avachat
Senior Manager, Human Resources
Sharmil has worked in the academics and development sector for over 12 years. She has headed programs, and project monitoring and fund utilisation teams in her previous jobs with the Gyan Prakash Foundation and FLAME School of Communications. Sharmil has completed her MA and MPhil in Economics from the Pune University and has been a university topper.
